Shipping and Delivery Policy


  1. Upon completion of the order process and receipt of payment, except in the case of Cash On Delivery, Halalscart shall ship the ordered product.
  2. For Cash On Delivery (COD) orders, product shall be shipped after confirming the order and the payment is collected by the shipping/distribution partner at the time of delivery.
  3. Halalscart will be shipping the product through affiliated/partner courier/shipping agencies according to the delivery location.
  4. Halalscart may use different shipping/distribution partner at different locations according to their reach and services.
  5. Users shall be provided with a tracking ID within 48 hours of dispatch. Users can track their orders using this Tracking ID in the respective shipping agency’s website.



  1. Your shipping address and the PIN code will be verified with our database, prior to placing the order, to ensure that the delivery address is in serviceable location. Orders are only permitted if the delivery address is in a location serviceable by our delivery partners.
  2. Halalscart delivers the products only to locations in India. However orders can be placed from anywhere in the world with the delivery address within India.
  3. Users shall make separate orders in cases where different products purchased are to be sent to different addresses.
  4. Halalscart reserves the right to cancel the order in case the customer is not reachable at the delivery address even after multiple attempts.
  5.  An estimated delivery time shall be provided to the customers after confirming the order. However, this shall be considered as a tentative delivery time and may take longer owing to different reasons like weather issues, political or regional disruptions, natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances.
  6. The User shall cancel the order at any time even if the product is undelivered in the estimated time. The order amount, in cases where the amount is paid prior to delivery, shall be refunded to the User as soon as the cancellation process is complete.
  7. Delivery charges may vary with the type, size and quantity of the product and according to each seller.
  8. Delivery services will not be available on Sundays and other public holidays.
  9. COD option will be available only in locations where there exist courier partners offering the COD services.
